anemia
pulmonary hypertension
Questions that might help you pinpoint your problem are:
Does it only occur after exerting yourself?
Upon lying down?
In certain places? car, house,etc
Black mold
in others words lots and lots of things.

In my case anxiety, anemia, and sinus/allergy issues (my post nasal drip issues easily get into the lungs and causing a 'chest cold' or whatever it is medically called)
