If Cold air Triggers Asthma is it bad to run in the cold?
I have been Asthmatic for many years although i still try and exercise. Running is good for asthma correct?
Also, I know when running in the cold I'm quickly out of breath and grabbing for my inhaler...If i continue to run in the cold, will I improve my breathing or just do damage?
Also, since i cannot afford my prescribed inhalers such as abuterol and Advair, I now just just a generic one from wal-mart which isn't the best=/..is this alright for someone who is asthmatic normally taking more serious medication?

dude, i'd just do some jumping jacks inside the house or something, asthma sucks, and there is no reason to take a risk if you don't have to.

I would encourage you to be careful. You must also know that some asthma attacks can be exercised induced. The cold air normally has more moisture in it and thus helps to create the asthma attack. So if you must run, run inside on a treadmill.
