May be expensive but try jenny craig! And drink vitamin water zero. Eat healthy :)

Yoga. It helps you practice breathing without straining you. Then maybe you can progress to other more strenuous exercises.

Weight loss is 70% diet, 30% exercise. Simply eat healthier and you will lose weight. Exercise isnt necessary.

hii ok so this will work your legs and butt all you have t do is stand up straight (dont wear shoes :) )
and go on up on your toes, then go down, then up, down up, do this as many times as you can!!!
also try yoga, i have asma thats induced by exersize and this is wonderful since its not to inense but does help you withweight loss, and it also sculpts your body beautifully!
one more that could help is just twisting your midsection side to side, keeping your hips straight, youll feel pains in your tummy but those are the unused muscles that need to be worked the most!
hope this helped! if you have comcast go to sports and fitness then exersize tv, then surf through all the exersize routines! theyre really fun and best part is they are free!

Hi there,
A few others have already suggested this, but I'd have to say Yoga. There are several variations of Yoga and you'll need to shop around to find a style that suits you.
I practice Ashtanga yoga and lost about 10kg within the first few months of taking it up. The idea is to strengthen and stretch the body, often in a warm environment. Yoga focuses on deep breathing, so you should never feel out of breath. Most yoga teachers are very considerate of medical conditions and will help you find a routine and excercise level that is appropriate to your physical condition.
And even if you don't drop all the weight straight away, yoga will help you feel stronger and more energised which will help you get through any other excercise you take up.
Good Luck with it and stay motivated!
