you should tell your ob/gyn and let her know. Also let them know any meds you are on in case they are bad for the baby.

14 days after your period is when you are most likely to get pregnant. chances are raised more than 3 times. this is cause your new egg for the menstrual cycle is released, i.e., more vulnerable to sperm. so, most likely to get pregnant halfway through your next period phase.

these factors dont make your pregnancy high risk - high risk means the pregnancy has factors about it that make it medically dangerous. EG - pre eclamsia, hyperemesis, ...
Your symptoms are mental - not pregnancy related.
Maybe you should speak to someone who will be able to advise you if you should be pregnant...or maybe give the baby up for adoption?
a doctor or therapist will be able to give you advice on this...

Definitley tell your doctor and she will decide whether you are high risk or not. I have depression and anxiety and I wasn't high risk but the no appetite, and added stress of no sleep and getting upset may put you at a higher risk of preterm labor than someone with just anxiety or depression. I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy :).
