Is milk bad for asthma?
I have asthma and I heard that milk was bad for people who has asthma. Is it true?

I don't think so. I have had asthma my whole life. I drink plenty of milk everyday, and my doctor has never told me anything about this.

i hope not... ive had asthme my whole life too and i drink lots of milk and nothing happened to me, so far

If the flare up of asthma during an attack is accompnaied by alot of nasal or lung secretions.....milk products are not recommended b/c these make the secretions thicker & harder to cough up & expel.....water is better.

Not unless you are allergic to milk. Many naturopaths claim milk is bad for asthma but no medical study has found this to be the case. Naturopaths tend to blame cows milk for everything, their first recommendation is always "give up dairy foods" .
