Can i become a doctor if i have moderately bad asthma?
like 2 attacks or 1 attack a month. and i take my inhale r 3 times a day? to become like a pediatric cardiac nurse or orthopedic nurse or a respiratory nurse? i never questioned whether they would let an unhealthy person help other unhealthy people before???

Of course you can become a doctor. In fact, having asthma yourself would probably mean you have a better understanding of the disease, and could treat it better!

of course you can, half the doctors in the country take meds and are fat and out of shape

you can as long as it doesn't interfere with your care for patients. i wouldn't go to an ER, for example, where you may not be able to manage an asthmatic attack while working on someone. but if you were a general practitioner or an in-office doctor, you should be able to manage it just fine. good luck!

The CORRECT ANSWER to this is YES YES YES. There is such a thing as EQUAL OPPORUNITES. All goverment all business's have to obide by these LAWS and treat some one with a mental and physical conditions the same as they would treat some one with out these conditions. Id adivse you to watch 'THE LITTLE COUPLE', man and wife, but they are both of non average height becuase of there health conditions. She is a pedictic consultant but there work place is addapted for her to do her job jus as goood as any one else. Be what you want ok !!!
