Okie dokie. Cardiac arrest is when the heart stops beating. Blood is not being perfused through the body and there is a small window of time in which to resuscitate before brain damage occurs.
Asthma is a respiratory condition in which the bronchi spasm making it difficult to impossible to move air into and out of the lungs. Blood perfuses through the body but without adequate breathing the body does not get the oxygen it requires.

Cardiac arrest is when your your heart stops supplying the body with enough oxygen to the body. The cardiac asthma is asthma that is affected by congestive heart failure that is when it fails to devliver the supply of blood to the body.
Cardiac arrest is by itself not really being affected by anything. The asthma and congestive heart failure work together.
