is there a website where I can IM an asthma specialist?

is there a website where I can IM an asthma specialist?
My fiance has had asthma for a while, and now it seems to be getting a lot worse suddenly. Im wondering if there is a website that I can talk directly to an asthma specialist through an instant message or email?

Due to the fact that there are different types of Asthma, along with different triggers, and treatments...

You should not rely on using online Instant Messaging/Email, web searches/websites, Etc.... (Apply to most medical situations.) It should be addressed with a doctor in person.

Your fiance needs to go to the doctor.
If insurance is the issue they can set up a payment plan, or look into what the state may offer for medical assistance. (Their own plans, free care plans, etc...)

If they are getting worse they need to go in. In case the cause that is making them exhibit worse symptoms, is not actually the asthma itself but a specific trigger. At which point addressing the trigger would stop the Asthma. (Example: Allergies set off the asthma. Need to treat the allergies and it'll automatically prevent the asthma. - Or - GERD/Acid Reflux is causing the Asthma to flare. In which case you'd treat the original problem to stop the Asthma from flaring and help keep it under control.)

Which cannot be determined online/over the phone/in a letter.

Most medical experts (More so most legit ones.) will tell you to go to the doctor, or if they are having an attack then go to the ER.
