Considering we had 7" of snow last night and it was about 10 degrees your allergies will probably be ok. Since moving here I have had no trouble with my allergies and I was here all through last Spring and Summer.
Now, the altitude and cold air might affect your asthma, depending on where you're coming from but that's another issue altogether.

It depends if you react to cold dry weather. Just bring your usual inhalers/meds. keep hydrated. things are pretty calm now, but, some people think they have allergies and it's vasomotor rhinitis, get Zatidor anti itch or anti itch(equate) Walmart brand, same med, for tearing eyes. have doc Rx ipratroprium NASAL spray .03% if nose gets runny in the wind/cold/etc. try before you leave for Colorado, but, it does work, I have bad allergies/vaso motor and asthma. bring benadryl...
