Fish Oil and Exercise Induced Asthma?
I've heard from many sources that the omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil greatly reduce symptoms of exercise induced asthma if consumed in pill form every day. Have you tried this remedy and has it worked for you?

my mom has used fish oil, i think it helped, pretty sure it did.
