Premature stunting of their growth, osteopenia, hypoadrenalism or other adverse effects associated with long-term use of corticosteroids? Why or why not?

Answer by The Above Normal

No, I took those for and few years when I was 6-9 and it did not stunt my growth. I don't have asthma anymore.

Answer by Know It All
It looks like corticosteroids have this effect on growth. I don't know about the other effects.

I don't know enough about how corticosteroids affect the rest of the body to answer that.

Why do you keep asking medical questions in the Gender & Women's Studies section? Are you trying to flex your brain muscles and show off or something? Most of us here aren't doctors so we can't answer. You should know that, given the title of this section.
