hello i have asthma i am 40 years old my advair works but it wont help cold air in house induced asthma?
what can i do i was on albuterol it made me sick in my throat and esophagus

Ask your doctor about it. Perhaps he can give you a better medication or advise you on what to do.

cold air does make asthma worse. outside breath through a scarf and i have asthma and certain medicine would make me dizzy, just sak your docter and he will give you a different med.

The first thing you need to do is get rid of your toxic cleaners and laundry products etc and switch to all natural products as part of the problem with asthma is all the toxic chemicals you are breathing in. There are many other meds out there besides Advair and Albuterol so if you haven't seen your pulmonary doctor recently why not get an appointment and talk to him about options. In the meantime start by taking care of your toxic cleaners and get your house switched to all natural products. Good Luck.

make sure you rinse your mouth gargle with water after each puff of the med.
why is your house cold or do you mean when you make a sudden change for warm to cold if so then wear a scarf over your nose and face and give youself more time to adjust to the temp change. use your other inhalher the one with ventolin in it before you go out or in this cold part of your house.
