any one with asthma ever used pulmicort flexhaler?and were pregnant?
well im 4 1/2 months pregnant and recently went to an asthma specialist and he recommended that i take pulmicort flexhaler to regulate my asthma but i have some concerns before i start to take this ....has anybody ever used these medication while pregnant ? if so how was the unborn baby? im really paranoid about taking this medication !

Answer by Matt A
The FDA has classified Pulmicort as a pregnancy Category B medication, meaning that it is probably safe for most pregnant women. In animal studies involving Pulmicort and pregnancy, the medication did not appear to cause harm to the fetus. However, the full risks of taking Pulmicort during pregnancy are not known.
