Will you die or have some horrible complication if you don't do anything about a potential asthma diagnosis?
That's pretty much my question.
I'm 17, I've been coughing and wheezing NON-STOP, I have this weird pressure in my chest and... I don't know, it's not a cold-ish kind of cough... it's different.
I cannot sleep well. I cannot breathe when I am lying down.
Do you think that I have asthma?
What should I do about it?

Yes, you could die and you should get it seen to as soon as possible. It might be asthma, but there are easily a dozen other things it could be. Asthma is treatable, and the earlier it is diagnosed, the better. Get yourself to a doctor!
