Chest pain, sudden and random, need help.?
I've been having sudden and random chest pain for about two years with no help from doctors. The pain can range from a dull ache (like a bruise) to sharp stabbing pain. The pain may radiate out quickly or remain in the same spot. The most common areas for pain are in my left side, behind my breastbone, in or behind my right breast and sometimes radiating to my back in serious episodes. Episodes can last anywhere from 2 seconds to hours and do not seem to have any triggers. I can get pain when exercising or sitting at a desk.
I was diagnosed with very mild mitral valve prolapse (hardly there) and mild asthma (more like sports induced asthma). My doctor has not taken me seriously despite complaining repeatedly, and I have been on beta-blockers and asthma meds separately with no help. I'm starting to think this isn't either of my conditions. I'm really scared with these episodes and need advice or suggestions.

You have a pinched nerve in your back that is causing you this pain. When a nerve is pinched in the rib cage area it transfers the pain forward. It can easily end up in a breast or any where along that rib that it follows. It is pinched but when you move just right it somehow pinches it worse and that is when the pain goes shooting on you. When you get that place released the pain goes back to it's normal level. Here is how you can release your back muscles so you can get rid of that pain:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side
