What is the best form of Magnesium to take for Asthma and Heart PVCs?
All i can find is Magnesium Oxide which is the worst form of this mineral.
Can someone please help me with this.

Magnesium is combustible when it comes into any contact with water; this includes contact with vapor in the air. I would only advise you to consume magnesium in an oxidized state.
