i have a question as to what to put in my asthma journal?
the other day i felt blah and tired, kinda felt like i could throw up, (not because of my stomach) to much phlegm i guess. that day i also had a fever of 99.1 and i say that because it was 2 degrees above my normal which is in the low 97's. i was just wondering if i should put that information in my asthma journal or not.

yea sure why not?
fever is important bc it could mean you're developing a respiratory infection, which will adversely affect your asthma. Also include if you get hives, allergies (hay fever), take aspirin, or if you notice anything (like exercise) making it harder for you to breathe.
