I recently had been terminated. I also have recently been diagnosed with "environmental asthma" some call it bakers asthma- i worked in a pizza shop. Is there anyway I can file for workers comp after i found out later? I mean it most likely is from that job.

You may want to talk to a worker's comp lawyer and see what the laws are in your state/county. Most worker's comp lawyers either give you a free consult or one for very low cost. Good luck!

In the US, we call it occupational asthma.

You will need an attorney for this one ....

Depending of the length of your exposure ... leaving the profession usually will alleviate most of the symptomology ....

Generally, a case will be considered when the person has a poor response to conventional pharmacological intervention ... and is actually disabled from the disease ...

Your owner should have provided respirators for you .. so there maybe liabiltiy there depending on the prevailing laws and occupational health standards that are in place where you live
