I get my 5 a day: ventolin,symbicort,singulair,nexium,amitriptyline. Any possible effects from such a meds mix?
Ventolin, Symbicort and Singulair are all asthma meds which I take daily (developed adult onset asthma ten years ago)

Nexium I've only been taking for about 2 weeks, prescribed by an ENT specialist for a stomach issue, acid reflux or something, not quite sure actually.

Amitriptyline is an anti-depressant but that's not why I'm taking it, I suffer from non-stop tinnitus and it has unapproved "off label" uses to try and deal with tinnitus or reduce it or something - not sure if it really works however, maybe, very slightly.

Can any one or more of these medications interfere with another? I now only take Nexium and Amitriptyline before sleep as I find they knock you the hell out and make you very tired if you take them while awake. Thanks.

If all these drugs have been prescribed to you by a doctor I wouldn't worry - they know which medicine you're taking and will prescribe appropriate drugs in appropriate combinations. As for the inhalers, just make sure you read the label on any of the other drugs you are taking (including things like ibuprofen and paracetamol) as some are inappropriate for asthmatics.

I'm no good with the side effects of the meds, but that is one of the major causes of sudden onset of tinnitus, I should know, I used to suffer to.. No need to mask it, you can actually cure it.. I learned a lot here. www.cleartinnitusnow.com
